The Origin

It all begins in imagination

Before it could be hugged, it was an idea on a blank sheet of paper. We looked for a way to make you remember a special moment.

The Creation

Crafted with the softest materials

Hypoallergenic fabrics and extra-soft PP filling so every plush is durable, warm and incredibly huggable.

The Experience

A gift that goes straight to the heart

Discreet and carefully packed so the surprise arrives intact. All that's left is to see the look on their face when they open it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Local payment methods: Bancontact, where available.

Are your products safe?

Yes. At Sekhora, your peace of mind is as important as your comfort.

For the little ones: Because this friend has soft fur that may shed, it is not recommended for children under 3 years old.
Getting ready to play: Before the hugs begin, make sure all packaging, labels and plastic ties are completely removed.
Regular check-ups: Like any friend, your plush needs a little attention. Inspect it regularly for any signs of wear.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If that's not the case, let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at contacto@sekhora.com.

Are returns free?

Yes. If the product arrives damaged or does not match what was expected, the return is completely free within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition.

When will I receive my order?

We work to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible. Once it ships, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times vary by location, but are usually between 7 and 15 days.

What tips are there for caring for my plush?

Yes, you can! Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Use the most delicate cycle on your washing machine.
Step 2: Wash your plush in cold water with a mild detergent.
Step 3: Use a washable mesh bag or a duvet cover for extra protection.
Step 4: Although air drying is recommended, using a hairdryer on low heat can also help make the fur fluffier.

How can I contact you?

You can write to us at contacto@sekhora.com and we will reply within 24 hours. You can also find us on Instagram and TikTok as @sekhora. We'll be happy to help, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
